Job summary

Google seeks a Strategic Initiatives Lead (Product Strategy and Operations) to steer the HUE AI Transformation portfolio from its inception, shaping strategy and cross-functional execution across Ads, Commerce, Search, Geo, and Education. You will bridge data science and UX while coordinating executives and engineers to deliver high-impact initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
11 years of experience in management consulting, product management and strategy, or analytics in a technology company.
Experience working with and analyzing data, and managing multiple cross-functional programs or projects.

Responsibilities

Define, own, and drive the strategy and operations to accelerate HUE's transition into the AI-native era.
Orchestrate a repeatable, hybrid human-AI intelligence pipeline to scan the external 3P product development landscape (e.g., Figma, Miro, Pencil.dev, Flowith, and other emerging contenders).
Act as the strategic owner for the entire HUE AIT Portfolio program list, ensuring high-priority initiatives are managed from inception to completion.
Design and implement scalable frameworks, metrics, and OKRs that transform grassroots energy into measurable institutional IP.
Create the processes to influence and advance HUE's 1P/3P tooling strategy including how we benchmark, pilot, and scale 3P tools and influence the development of 1P tools.
