Job summary

Legal & General Asset Management in the United States is building a dedicated Transformation function to help business leaders design and deliver scalable operating models for the firm’s highest-priority strategic initiatives. You will partner with leaders across Distribution, Operations, Investments, Data, Compliance and Technology to shape strategy and drive execution.

You will work end-to-end on initiatives, translating strategy into actionable plans, and delivering measurable improvements in

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in asset management or financial services; ideally in Operations, Distribution, Investments, Data, Compliance, Technology, Client Onboarding, Reporting or related function.
• AI / Technology mindset; comfortable using AI tools to improve speed, quality, insight generation; interested in automation and data.
• Cross-functional exposure, familiarity with data concepts or SQL, and experience supporting business change, process improvement, or project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside business stakeholders to define and execute priorities; translate strategy into initiatives and delivery plans.
• Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design scalable tech-enabled operating models.
• Own initiatives end-to-end; manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Develop clear, implementation-ready requirements and documentation.
• Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, synthesize stakeholder inputs, improve process documentation and identify automation opportunities while ensuring quality and governance.
• Drive efficiency and scalability improvements aligned to strategic priorities.
