Job summary

Trimble is seeking a Training Specialist (AECO) to lead software training for the Trimble ONE Platform across North America. You will deliver online and on-site sessions, develop curricula, and create CBTs and instructional videos, shaping adoption and AI-enhanced learning. Requires 2+ years of training experience, strong presentation skills, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Travel may include U.S. and Canada; a valid passport is required.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience delivering software or technical training to diverse professional audiences.
Ability to distill complex technical information into clear, actionable insights for construction stakeholders.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with virtual or in-person training delivery and presentations.
Willingness to travel and manage busy schedules; valid passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

Lead digital onboarding of new clients with high-energy, interactive online and on-location training.
Architect comprehensive training curriculums, including CBTs and instructional videos.
Present at the annual User Conference and shape future product adoption strategies.
Incorporate AI tools into training to boost learning efficiency and problem-solving.
Gather client feedback to influence product development and industry trends.
