Collaborating with stakeholders, you will develop engaging content for creators and consumers, optimize delivery at scale, and advance AI-enabled learning initiatives across global deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience with content management strategies.
• 3 years of experience managing and deploying training programs to third-party partners.
• 3 years of experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects within an organization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, engaging learning experiences and instructional frameworks tailored for our vendor partners.
• Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs and align learning strategies with key business outcomes.
• Advocate an AI-first way of working by actively integrating innovative technologies and AI tools into the instructional design and training delivery processes.
• Optimize training operations, streamline workflows, and continuously improve the efficiency of vendor learning programs.
• Leverage your experience in the creator or consumer space to ensure training content is highly relevant, empathetic, and tailored to the nuances of our user ecosystem.
