Google’s YouTube Global Vendor Ops team seeks a specialist to design and deploy scalable, AI-powered training programs for vendor partners. The role focuses on end-to-end instructional design, learning modules, stakeholder alignment, and global deployment to ensure excellence in vendor learning outcomes.
You will work across regions, influencing training strategies and leveraging emerging technologies to enhance engagement and effectiveness for creators and consumers alike.
This role may also be located in our Playa Vista, CA campus.

The YouTube Global Vendor Ops team develops practical and innovative ways to address some of the most complex business challenges to keep YouTube thriving. We anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of our key clients, and understand how the range of product and service offerings can enable their business success.
We lead the global vendor quality program which enables the suppliers to deliver amazing experiences for YouTube’s consumers, creators and partners.
In this role, you will drive vendor excellence and operational efficiency by delivering scalable, AI-powered training programs. Key deliverables include end-to-end instructional design strategies, interactive vendor learning modules, stakeholder alignment plans, and process optimization strategies for global training deployment.
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
US: $111000 - $159000 (USD) + 15% bonus target + equity + benefits
