Qualifications

• 3 years of experience managing and delivering cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, engaging learning experiences and instructional frameworks for vendor partners.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to assess training needs and align learning strategies with business outcomes.
• Advocate an AI-first approach by integrating AI tools into instructional design and delivery processes.
• Optimize training operations, streamline workflows, and improve vendor learning program efficiency.
• Leverage experience in the creator or consumer space to tailor content to our user ecosystem.
