We’re hiring a Product Designer for Agentic Trading, a fast-moving team building the future of automated trading at the company. The Agentic team works across product design, creative, engineering, and research to make powerful AI-driven trading experiences accessible to consumers around the world.
The Agentic Trading team sits at the core of the company’s brokerage business, building products that help millions of customers make financial decisions. We take an AI-first approach to how we design, using interactive prototypes early to explore ideas, test interactions, and iterate quickly while maintaining the highest bar for craft. You’ll work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and brokerage leadership to turn emerging technology into thoughtful, intuitive experiences grounded in user needs and measurable outcomes.
As a Product Designer, you’ll help define the interaction models and shared patterns for agentic products at the company, setting a high bar for experiences that can extend across the broader ecosystem. You’ll lead design from early exploration through launch, shape product direction, and turn ambiguous problems into simple, trustworthy experiences. This role requires someone who can move fluidly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution, communicate ideas clearly with leadership, and navigate the unique challenges of designing AI‑powered products in a regulated financial environment.
This role is based in our Bellevue, WA, Menlo Park, CA, and New York, NY office(s), with in‑person attendance expected at least 3 days per week.At the company, we believe in the power of in‑person work to accelerate progress, spark innovation, and strengthen community. Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job‑related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed and is aligned to one of 3 compensation zones. For other locations not listed, compensation can be discussed with your recruiter during the interview process.

$166,000—$195,000 USD

$146,000—$172,000 USD

$129,000—$152,000 USD
