Crypto.com is seeking a highly analytical and technical professional to spearhead the evolution of our trading infrastructure in a hybrid role that blends trading operations, risk management, and AI-focused development.

You will leverage Python, SQL, and AI tools to automate workflows, enhance risk models, and build real-time performance visualization tools for a fast-paced, globally distributed trading desk.

Formación

• 3+ years in front-office operations, quant development, or blend of risk management and systems architecture within a financial institution.
• Strong Python (AI/ML) and SQL skills; experience building AI workflows is a plus.
• Knowledge of P&L attribution, market risk indicators (Greeks, VaR), and trading data integrity.
• Systems-thinking: automate manual tasks and build automated governance.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of trades across multi-asset classes; create AI-driven workflows to automate operations.
• Perform daily P&L attribution and explain variance with AI assistance for anomaly detection.
• Develop real-time risk models and dashboards; monitor cross-market risks.
• Build reporting and analyses on trading performance and enable ad-hoc business analytics.
