Crypto.com seeks a highly analytical and technical professional to lead our trading infrastructure evolution. This hybrid role blends trading operations, risk management, and AI/Developer capabilities to automate workflows and build real-time performance tools.

You will drive P&L attribution, AI-driven risk models, and dashboards while ensuring data integrity across systems and finance ledgers. Expect extended hours during peak global trading periods.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in front-office operations, quant dev, or blend of risk management and systems architecture.
• Strong Python for AI/ML, and solid SQL skills.
• Experience building agentic AI workflows is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end trading operations for multiple asset classes and automate tasks with AI agents.
• Develop real-time P&L attribution, explain variances, and generate automated commentary for reports.
• Build and maintain AI-driven risk models and dashboards for real-time monitoring.
• Ensure data integrity across trading systems and ledgers; support adhoc business analytics.
