TikTok seeks a seasoned program leader to advance the Global E-commerce seller onboarding and activation agenda. You will drive end-to-end programs, partner with engineering, data science, and product teams, and apply AI-driven personalization to improve seller growth and retention.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment with diverse sellers and regions.

Competenze

• Bachelors or equivalent practical experience required.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, communication and executive-presentations skills.
• Experience in onboarding programs, marketplaces or SaaS onboarding is a plus.

Mansioni

• Lead strategic program initiatives to improve seller onboarding, activation and long-term success across TikTok Shop journeys and tools.
• Drive end-to-end programs that personalize and simplify the seller journey, reduce onboarding friction and improve conversion and growth metrics.
• Use data to identify seller pain points, analyze funnel drop-off, and design high-impact improvements.
• Develop programs leveraging AI, personalization and automation for tailored onboarding and growth experiences.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, data science, operations, solution architecture and cross-regional teams to deliver scalable seller experiences.
• Partner with platform teams to pilot and scale innovative solutions that improve seller experience and platform adoption.
• Advocate for merchant needs and maintain seller-centric thinking across end-to-end experiences.
