The Emerging Talent Program provides hands-on projects with impact, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders within Intuit's product ecosystem. You'll work in AI-related initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and participate in learning opportunities, social events, and programming.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a degree-seeking program with graduation after internship
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about AI applications
• Legally eligible to work in the United States for the internship duration
• Hybrid work eligibility with office location determined by team
• Passion for technology and innovative solutions to benefit customers

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for internship deliverables with high quality, speed, and accountability
• Establish and lead a clear operating rhythm coordinating cross-functional partners
• Act as alignment point between product, engineering, and business teams to balance needs
• Navigate setbacks and promote understanding to maintain momentum
• Partner with TPMs to drive process improvements and raise delivery standards
• Contribute to annual planning with data-backed prioritization across stakeholders
