Job summary

Intuit Inc. is offering a US internship program designed for current degree-seeking students with 12-week summer cohorts. Cohort dates run May 17–Aug 6, 2027, and June 14–Sept 3, 2027, with fixed start/end dates to align with university calendars.

As part of the Emerging Talent Program, interns work on meaningful AI-focused projects with mentorship and cross-functional collaboration, gaining exposure to leadership while contributing to product ecosystems and decision making.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation after internship.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for the duration of the internship.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment at an Intuit office location determined by your team and role.
• A deep-stated passion for leveraging technology to power prosperity and deliver customer benefit.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and AI-driven development considerations.
• Demonstrated accountability for outcomes and ability to drive complex projects to completion.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for your program's deliverables, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and accountability.
• Establish and lead a clear operating rhythm for the program, ensuring clear and actionable communication among cross-functional partners.
• Act as a key alignment point between product, engineering, and business partners to balance stakeholder needs.
• Navigate setbacks by promoting understanding of alternative viewpoints and driving for resolution.
• Partner with TPM team members to recommend process improvements for better delivery.
• Contribute to annual planning by coordinating visibility for data-backed prioritization.
