Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with an expected graduation date after the internship ends.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to real-world problems.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for your program's deliverables, setting a high bar for quality, speed, and accountability.
• Establish and lead a clear operating rhythm for the program, ensuring frequent, clear communication across cross-functional partners.
• Act as a key point of alignment between product, engineering, and business partners, balancing stakeholder needs and customer benefit.
• Anticipate setbacks and promote understanding of alternative viewpoints to maintain momentum.
• Partner with TPM team members to recommend and drive process improvements for delivery model.
• Contribute to annual planning by coordinating visibility for data-backed prioritization.
