Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end execution for program deliverables with quality and accountability.
• Establish operating rhythm and clear communication across cross-functional partners.
• Align product, engineering, and business partners to balance stakeholder needs and maximize customer benefit.
• Anticipate setbacks and drive resolution to maintain momentum.
• Partner with TPMs to drive process improvements in delivery model.
• Support annual planning with cross-stakeholder visibility for data-backed prioritization.
