Job summary

Intuit offers 12-week summer Product Management internships, including RPM rotations, based at our Mountain View, CA campus. Interns work on meaningful AI-driven projects, collaborate with mentors, and gain exposure to senior leadership across the product ecosystem.

Our Emerging Talent Program supports growth through function-specific learning and social events, with dedicated managers and a strong culture of curiosity and collaboration. Cohorts run May–Aug 2027 and Jun–Sep 2027.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a degree-seeking program with expected graduation after internship end.
• Familiarity with AI tools and curiosity about applying AI to problems.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States for the duration of the internship.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid Intuit office environment; relocation stipend provided.
• Strong AI partnering and prototyping capability with good judgment.
• Innovative thinker with problem-solving mindset and ability to justify ideas.
• Accountability for outcomes and ability to drive tasks to completion.
• Leadership and collaboration skills to influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to rally teams behind goals.
• Ability to adapt to changes or new learnings.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross functional team of engineers, designers, researchers, data analysts, and marketers to create new products.
• Develop customer empathy through qualitative and quantitative data.
• Gather requirements and define experiences; create product roadmap and learning plans.
• Ship product and feature improvements using rapid tests and experimentation.
• Collaborate with AI across the product lifecycle from research to roadmap planning.
• Apply innovative technologies to enhance customer experiences across Intuit’s ecosystem.
