Responsibilities

• Lead and drive Application Security programs and initiatives spanning multiple teams
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate dependencies between Application Security, Engineering, and other stakeholders
• Surface risks and blockers early and drive them toward resolution
• Establish and continuously improve program planning, tracking, metrics, and reporting practices
• Clarify responsibilities and refine processes across the Application Security program
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership
• Identify opportunities to automate and improve Application Security workflows, including through the effective use of AI

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience, including prior work in technical program management, project management, or a similar coordination role
• Demonstrated success driving complex cross-functional initiatives within a technology environment
• Strong program and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Comfort working independently and bringing structure to ambiguous, fast-moving problems
• Working knowledge of software engineering and core Application Security practices, including secure SDLC and vulnerability management
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity, analysis, automation, or program execution
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and written and verbal communication skills in English
