Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in technical program management or product development.
• Experience delivering software to production across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Technical fluency to review design documentation and manage architecture-level dependencies.
• Experience deploying software in cloud, on-premises, or air-gapped/classified environments with release cadence constraints.
• Experience delivering in government or regulated environments with accreditation timelines.
• Experience managing programs with AI/ML components.
• Strong communication of status, risk, and tradeoffs to engineers and executives.
