Job description

LVT is redefining how businesses operate in the physical world, moving beyond traditional security solutions to deliver AI-driven, actionable intelligence that makes sites smarter, safer, and more secure. Since pioneering our first mobile, solar-powered units, our commitment to scrappy, hands-on innovation has made us an established leader and one of the fastest-growing companies in intelligent site technology. We are building the next generation of solutions - from our physical units in the field to a powerful Agentic AI platform - that allows our customers to gain unprecedented visibility and control over safety, compliance, and operations. This is your chance to join a cutting-edge team that isn't just watching the world change, but actively building the technology that is changing it.

We're a team that's focused on growth and innovation, and we're proud that our crew, products, and leadership are being recognized for it.

A Top-Tier Growth Company: Named one of the Financial Times' Fastest Growing Companies 2025 and #10 on the Inc. 5000 Rocky Mountain Regional list for 2025.

Innovative Leadership: Our CEO, Ryan Porter, was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year 2025, and our CTO, Steve Lindsey, was inducted into the Silicon Slopes CTO Hall of Fame in 2024.

Product & Software Excellence: We were named one of The Software Report's Top 100 Software Companies of 2023 and are a winner of the Security Today Govies Award for 2025.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Own complex, cross-functional programs from scoping to launch with minimal supervision, serving as the single point of accountability for delivering outcomes.

Translate ambiguous business goals into structured delivery plans, sequencing dependencies, mitigating risk, and defining attainable success metrics.

Shape planning and roadmap discussions across the teams you support, making trade-offs explicit and tying every program to customer and company benefit.

Build and maintain schedules and dashboards providing leaders with real-time visibility into execution, risks and trade-offs.

Deliver programs with internal partners and external partners such as technology enablement partners, and ecosystem partners.

Protect stakeholders' time by always re-assessing tools, meetings and asks of them.

Drive process improvements beyond your own programs, introducing methods, tooling, and reporting structures that allow other teams to have visibility and move faster.

Prior experience scaling developer tools, software development pipelines, S-SDLC stages, or large-scale internal platforms.

Demonstrated ongoing AI skill development (e.g., prompt/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying current with emerging AI technologies.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE

Single-Point Ownership: Steps up as the single point of contact, and drives outcomes rather than just tracking artifacts like scope, timelines, and RACIs.

Customer-Backward Thinking: Understands who benefits from the work and the company's desired outcome at the start of a program, makes the trade-offs needed to deliver it.

Technical Judgment and Experience: Trusted by Cloud and Platform engineers, manages cross-org and cross-company dependency and critical path management. Effectively drive technical solutions with external partners and communicate technical plans and debate implementation approaches. Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable impact (e.g., efficiency gains, quality improvements)

Partner Co-Delivery: Has co-delivered with a variety of external partners, builds personal relationships with counterparts, sets management and executive cadences before escalations are needed, and holds partners accountable to the value they were hired to deliver.

Stakeholder Alignment: Acts as the connective tissue between teams, keeping everyone on the same plan as it changes and communicating clearly to audiences from engineers to executives.

Planning Tools Fluency: Hands-on with tools like Jira and Smartsheet. Has built dashboards leaders use for real-time decisions, and has strong opinions on which tools earn their keep.

Nice to Have Experience: Experience with Cloud-Edge-Hardware solutions. Technical depth to reason about API permission checks, auth surfaces and streaming protocols.

COMPENSATION

The beginning annual salary range for this role is $152,000 - $177,450 USD and is determined by location, job-related experience, and education/training. Your total earning potential is amplified by a bonus structure tied to meeting goals, and you will become an owner from day one through our employee equity program.

BENEFITS

We believe you do your best work when your whole life is supported. We invest in our crew's health, families, and financial futures with a benefits package designed to support you inside and outside the office. Full-time benefits include, but not limited to: Comprehensive health, dental and vision coverage, retirement benefits (401k match up to 4%), and flexible PTO.
