Job summary

WellSky Corporation seeks a Technical Program Manager to lead the delivery of technical programs aligned with business and technical goals. You will plan, prioritize, and execute initiatives while collaborating with engineering, design, and operations teams.

The role emphasizes AI-enabled decision making and risk management. Responsibilities include developing roadmaps, communicating status to leadership, and driving improvements across programs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 2–4 years relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools or openness to learning AI solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end-to-end delivery of moderately complex technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Partner with engineering, solution management, design, QA, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans with roadmaps, timelines, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Identify and resolve risks and blockers to keep programs on schedule and quality.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and progress to leadership with actionable insights.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance decision-making, workflow efficiency, and data-informed outcomes.
  • Articulate program goals and milestones aligned with organizational strategies and technical direction.
  • Foster strong stakeholder relationships and manage expectations throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within programs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job description

The Technical Program Manager is responsible for driving the delivery of high-impact technical programs in alignment with both business and technical objectives. The scope of this job includes working closely with engineering, solution management, design, and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives while navigating the technical challenges and risks associated with large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of individual, moderately complex technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and technical blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and progress to leadership by providing regular updates and actionable insights in alignment with business priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision‑making, streamline workflows, and drive data‑informed outcomes.
  • Develop and articulate program goals, objectives, and milestones aligned with organizational strategies and technical direction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote support and cooperation throughout the program lifecycle, clearly communicate requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • At least 2-4 years relevant work experience
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies, or a demonstrated openness to learning and incorporating AI solutions to improve productivity, decision‑making, and program delivery
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or supporting healthcare technology initiatives
  • Experience using the Atlassian Suite (including Jira and Confluence) and GitHub to support project tracking, collaboration, and technical program delivery
Job Expectations
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time #LI-Onsite
