Bask Health seeks an experienced Product Owner/Manager to shape the future of our software platform. You will bridge user needs, business goals, and technical possibilities, reporting to the CEO and coordinating with engineering and product teams.

You must know how to code, read code, and distill complex problems into actionable engineering solutions while leading cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience as a Product Owner/Manager, ideally within software (telehealth a plus).
• 2+ years of engineering experience.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into strategies.
• Excellent communication and leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with agile development and ClickUp and git flow.

Responsibilities

• Tackle complex problems from definition to recommendation with rigor and independence.
• Lead early-stage initiatives or products, often wearing multiple roles to drive success.
• Shape product roadmap using competitive and user insights to prioritize work.
• Define and maintain a clear roadmap aligned with Bask Health's mission.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to drive development from concept to launch.
• Gather insights from customers, patients, and partners to ensure usable, real-world solutions.
• Represent customer voice, keeping user needs central to decisions.
