Job summary

Doit is building an AI Neobank Superapp across payments, remittance, insurance, wealth and trading. The Technical Product Manager will own a product vertical end-to-end, from strategy and outcomes through technical design, delivery and launch.

We expect strong technical foundations, collaboration with engineering, and a focus on reliability, regulatory compliance and AI-enabled improvements. Hybrid work from a local office is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience leading complex technical products.
• Strong foundation in system architecture, APIs, data flows and distributed systems.
• Experience collaborating with engineers to review and shape technical designs.
• Experience in payments, banking, remittance, insurance, trading or regulated domains.
• Ability to make trade-offs under technical, regulatory and operational constraints.
• Experience building with AI/LLMs, evaluating AI utility and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Own a product vertical end-to-end, including strategy, metrics, roadmap and delivery.
• Shape technical design with engineering across APIs, data flows and security.
• Balance trade-offs among correctness, speed, cost, reliability and UX.
• Incorporate regulatory requirements (KYC, monitoring, privacy, licensing) into the product.
• Apply AI where it improves outcomes with safeguards and oversight.
• Navigate external dependencies, approvals and third-party rails for launches.
• Align engineering, design, compliance, operations, treasury and finance around product decisions.
