Job summary

Sierra in San Francisco is seeking a finance leader to own technical accounting, document all key policies (cost of revenue, leases, revenue, stock-based compensation, fixed assets), and advise on strategic investments and partnerships. You will help shape financial disclosures and policy choices across rapid growth.

You will coordinate with external auditors for quarterly and annual audits, evaluate balance sheet and cash flow presentations, ensure GAAP compliance, and drive AI-enabled

Qualifications

CPA license is required.
2–5+ years at a Big Four firm.
2–5+ years in-house at a high-growth enterprise software company.

Responsibilities

Lead documentation of all technical accounting policies (cost of revenue, leases, revenue, stock-based compensation, fixed assets).
Advise on strategic investments, acquisitions, and partnerships.
Review monthly financials for adherence to accounting policies.
Coordinate external audits for quarterly and annual requirements.
Lead evaluation of balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow presentations.
Drive AI-enabled transformation to scale the finance function.
