Qualifications

• 5-10 years with mix of public (highly regulated) and private (hyper growth) experience.
• Proficient in US GAAP (revenue recognition, lease accounting, stock based compensation, etc)
• Ability to identify areas for improvement and build solutions using AI
• Desire to drive operational efficiency to scale the accounting function
• A structured, self-directed, detail-oriented builder who can design, run and improve processes independently

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting close across global entities.
• Oversee daily accounting operations including vendor coding, expenses, and intercompany flows.
• Coordinate with external auditors for timely submissions.
• Lead finance transformation initiatives to leverage AI and modern tooling.
