Job summary
Accenture is seeking a Technology Delivery Senior Manager—Managed Reinvention Services to lead mult-tower accounts end-to-end and shape an agentic operating model that delivers reinvention value for CIOs and senior IT leadership.
You will architect AI-first delivery, drive cost takeout, modernize platforms, and build delivery teams of AI agents and human SREs. Travel may be required; compensation aligns with the California range shown.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of technology delivery experience with direct P&L ownership across large-scale managed services.
- 3+ years designing or operating AI-driven delivery models in production contexts.
- 8+ years of multi-tower delivery across AMS/IMS/Security/Data & AI/Cloud.
- Experience engaging CIOs/CTOs and technology leaders on strategy and transformation.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 12 years of work experience minimum.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery accountability across multi-tower managed services.
- Architect and operationalize AI-first delivery models and agentic operations.
- Drive cost takeout, reduce technical debt, and fund transformation.
- Lead workforce transition to agentic operations and establish governance.
- Expand senior client relationships and shape bids and value propositions.
