Job summary

Boston Consulting Group (BCG) is seeking a Tech Advisory & Delivery Manager at Platinion to lead end-to-end AI and digital transformation initiatives for clients across industries. You will shape AI product strategy, manage cross-functional delivery, and mentor teams while delivering measurable business value.

You’ll work with data, analytics, cloud and enterprise platforms, collaborating with Business & IT stakeholders to drive change and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, computer science, economics, supply chain, logistics or system engineering, business management/administration, or relevant field.
• 5-8 years of practical experience in AI/Tech consulting, product management, or software development.
• Experience leading design and delivery of AI-powered products and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and delivery of AI-powered products and subject areas within client engagements.
• Define AI product vision, roadmaps, and prioritization frameworks.
• Own agile product delivery including sprint planning and backlog management.
• Mentor and coach junior team members and ensure quality deliverables.
• Drive change management and adoption strategies for client organizations.
