Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in workforce, talent, or change solutions.
- Minimum of 2 years in the Energy industry.
- Minimum of 1 year helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
- Design workforce and talent solutions across hiring, learning, mobility, and retention.
- Apply human-centered approaches to integrate AI and emerging technologies.
- Lead strategic workforce planning using workforce intelligence and analytics.
- Utilize Generative AI tools to accelerate talent strategy and organizational design.
