Accenture is seeking a talent and workforce consultant to lead AI-enabled workforce transformation projects for clients. You will design workforce strategies that reshape work, roles, and skills, and develop strategic recommendations using Generative AI and talent analytics.

The role emphasizes human-centered design, data-driven decision making, and practical execution across talent functions, with opportunities to influence proposals and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience across integrated Talent functions (Talent Strategy, Strategic Workforce Planning, Skills-Based Talent Practices, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Sourcing, Learning Strategy & Development, Workforce Transformation, Technology Talent Development).
• Minimum 2 years of consulting experience designing and delivering workforce, talent, organization, or change solutions.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the Insurance industry
• Minimum 1 year of experience helping organizations prepare for AI-enabled workforce transformation.

• Develop and execute workforce transformation strategies for AI-enabled futures.
