Job summary
US Tech Solutions is seeking a Supply Planning Enablement Analyst in Sunnyvale, CA for a 12-month engagement to support the SPD team across PDO Core and MSL portfolios. You will execute recurring workforce planning, manage Anaplan maintenance, and build AI-driven automations to remove manual steps in partnership with the SPD team.

Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in workforce management, resource planning or related fields.
- Experience operating enterprise planning or workforce management systems (Anaplan or similar).
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and automations.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring workforce planning across PDO portfolio and maintain Anaplan.
- Serve as human-in-the-loop for gate checks and exception reviews.
- Clarify intake with program managers to meet deadlines and SLAs.
- Validate data accuracy in Anaplan and logs; reconcile discrepancies.
- Execute and document automation roadmap; automate processes to reduce manual steps.
- Build, test and roll out automations and AI agents; verify outputs before go-live.
- Monitor drift or failure of deployed automations; remediate and escalate.
- Identify automation opportunities and propose streamlined processes.
- Document processes and automations for transferability and auditability.
- Prepare status updates on the automation roadmap for teams.
