Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead all Supply Chain AI and automation activities across Duke University and Duke Health.
• Build practical automation solutions to reduce manual work and improve cycle time.
• Partner with IT, data governance, cybersecurity, and operational leaders to ensure safe, scalable AI solutions.
• Run the Supply Chain Project Management Office with cadence, standards, and accountability.
• Maintain a disciplined portfolio view of strategic projects and cross-functional priorities.
• Improve project execution through charters, milestones, risk tracking, and escalation pathways.
• Lead SCM Business Office functions including budgeting, financial planning, and reporting.
• Develop PowerBI dashboards to support executive decision-making and performance reporting.
• Create reporting infrastructure for Board governance, value tracking, and functional performance.
