Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a Business Technology Architect to lead end-to-end supply chain transformations in the CPR sector from its New York area office. You will bridge business strategy, technology architecture, and execution, delivering measurable improvements across forecast accuracy, inventory, and service levels.

You will advise C-suite stakeholders, architect end-to-end solutions, and mentor teams across projects. A travel requirement of up to 75% is expected for client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CPR supply chain or related field.
• 7–10+ years of CPR supply chain experience with planning, inventory, and logistics.
• Experience with SAP, Kinaxis, and Blue Yonder is required.
• Familiarity with AI/ML and cloud platforms is preferred.
• Strong consulting and leadership skills with client-facing experience and travel up to 75%.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver improvements in forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, working capital, and service levels.
• Translate business priorities into transformation roadmaps and link architecture to KPIs.
• Advise C-suite stakeholders on intelligent supply chain.
• Lead AI-enabled Digital Core transformation.
• Architect end-to-end solutions across planning, logistics, merchandising.
• Embed AI-driven capabilities (forecasting, control towers).
• Provide architecture governance through delivery.
• Lead large pursuits ($5M–$50M+) and shape commercial constructs.
• Partner with Client Partners for growth.
• Collaborate with SAP, Google Cloud, and other platforms to deliver integrated solutions.
• Mentor teams and contribute to hiring.
