Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a senior SQE leader to drive supplier quality through AI-enabled risk modeling and global specifications alignment across Target and Specs Gas categories. You will leverage data analytics and AI-assisted tools to monitor performance and drive fast, fact-based decisions.

Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to deploy dashboards, lead QTRs, and ensure continuous improvement across regions, products, and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in semiconductor or high-volume manufacturing
• Experience in supplier quality management across global suppliers and international supply chains
• Strong data analytics and AI insights to assess material risks, performance trends, and variability
• Exposure to IQC, SPC, and quality management systems in manufacturing environments
• Ability to translate AI/data insights into clear, actionable recommendations

Responsibilities

• Lead global material specifications for Target and Specs Gas categories
• Embed AI/ML into Quality Roadmap with predictive excursion detection
• Drive supplier performance through QTR meetings and governance
• Develop automated dashboards and AI-enabled scorecards for real-time monitoring
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Procurement, Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to drive improvements
