Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an experienced HVM sourcing and qualification lead to drive supplier quality programs and risk mitigation.

You will deploy AI‑driven risk scoring and predictive dashboards to prioritize issues and accelerate qualification decisions. You will collaborate with global teams across Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, and Supply Chain to align specifications, support technology transfer, and optimize supplier performance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the semiconductor industry or high‑volume manufacturing.
• Experience in supplier quality management with global supplier performance improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality standards.
• Experience using data analytics and AI insights for material risk assessment.

Aufgaben

• Lead quality risk assessments and mitigation for qualification activities.
• Deploy AI-based risk scoring models and dashboards to prioritize risks.
• Support RFQ/RFI and supplier selection with data analytics.
• Coordinate cross‑fab technology transfer and BOM alignment.
• Manage supplier changes and global specifications alignment.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and drive data‑driven decisions.
