Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Senior FE Supplier Quality Manager to lead global supplier quality for Target and Gas categories.

You will champion AI-enabled risk assessment, advanced analytics, and predictive controls across RFQ/RFI and supplier selection, ensuring SRS compliance and quality readiness for high-volume manufacturing. In this role, you will drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, OCT, and Operations, deploy digital dashboards, and mentor teams to embed quality

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry or high-volume manufacturing.
• Proven supplier quality management experience across global supply chains.
• Ability to translate AI/data insights into actionable quality improvements.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 quality management practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality risk assessments and mitigation strategies for qualification activities.
• Deploy AI-based risk scoring models and dashboards to prioritize risks.
• Provide input on sourcing strategies and supplier selection with SRS compliance.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration with Procurement, OCT, and Operations.
• Lead regular QTR meetings and embed AI insights into supplier performance discussions.
