Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in CS/engineering/data science or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in software engineering, data platforms, or data science with 4+ years in leadership.
• Experience leading globally distributed teams with clear ownership and delivery.
• Proven delivery of enterprise-scale data/AI products from concept to production.
• Strong understanding of architecture, APIs, data pipelines, cloud platforms, and production operations.
• Knowledge of machine learning and AI lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and governance.
• Ability to translate business problems into technical approaches and communicate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example as a hands-on technical leader and align teams to action.
• Guide architecture with engineers, data scientists, architects, and product leaders.
• Drive AI-first culture and apply ML, Generative AI, and predictive models for value.
