NetApp in Durham, NC is seeking a Digital & AI Experience Intern to support the Customer Success Organization's move toward AI-scaled operations and digital value delivery.

You will explore hybrid AI and hybrid cloud use cases, help measure customer outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain hands-on exposure to enterprise AI strategy in a large post-sales organization.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree and in their penultimate year of study.

Responsibilities

• Support transformation toward AI-scaled operations and digital value delivery.
• Research hybrid AI and hybrid cloud use cases within the customer lifecycle.
• Build frameworks to measure customer value and outcomes.
• Support initiatives that shift the organization from reactive support to proactive value creation.
