Job summary

Lord Abbett seeks an Analytics Manager in the SRG to own platform analytics for strategic relationships. You will connect client, product, and engagement data to drive commercialization and measurable revenue outcomes.

You’ll build scalable, AI-enabled analytics capabilities and collaborate across data, technology, and sales teams to shape distribution strategy and growth execution. This role offers exposure to senior leadership.

Qualifications

7+ years in analytics or data strategy within financial services or asset management.
Experience translating business needs into technical requirements and actionable insights.
Leadership in distribution-focused analytics and client insight strategies.
Expertise with model portfolios, SMAs, and alternative investments is a plus.
Proven ability to define and track KPIs at platform/relationship level.

Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality analytics to support relationship managers and internal stakeholders.
Advance datapack strategy and roadmap to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate on data architecture with Data and Technology teams.
Own platform pipeline health from identification to implementation.
Translate data into actionable insights for commercialization and strategy.
