The role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, owner relations, and program management, partnering with the Americas team to connect property execution with enterprise initiatives.

Qualifications

• Translate hotel, owner, Hyatt, and corporate priorities into a focused property agenda.
• Establish and manage the integrated plan for approved capital projects.
• Define outcomes, milestones, owners, KPIs, and governance for initiatives.
• Support business leads to set scope, schedule, staffing, and KPIs.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and allocate shared resources.
• Connect property actions to Americas and corporate programs.
• Maintain productive tools and provide training on them.
• Identify AI-enabled workflows to improve speed and quality.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into an integrated property plan with milestones.
• Own CAPEX program scope, budget, schedule, risks, and vendor coordination.
• Define governance, KPIs, and accountable owners for key initiatives.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment with enterprise programs.
• Manage risks and dependencies across the Essentials workstreams.
• Lead change management and communication campaigns with leaders.
