Qualifications

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in automation, AI, DevOps, firmware, or software engineering.
• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Strong programming experience in Python.
• Understanding of software development fundamentals, debugging, automation, and problem-solving techniques.
• Interest in AI, AI agents, ML, intelligent automation, or AI-assisted software development.
• Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Experience using AI-enabled tools and large language models (LLMs) to improve productivity and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI agents to enhance firmware development, testing, integration, and validation workflows.
• Build and maintain Python-based automation solutions for CI/CD pipelines, firmware builds, testing, and release activities.
• Analyze CI/CD pipeline performance, test results, and workflow data to identify quality, reliability, and productivity improvements.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools and automation into existing firmware engineering processes.
• Collaborate with firmware, validation, and software teams to evaluate, deploy, and continuously improve automation solutions.
