Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years in software engineering and architecture; hands-on coding is required.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering large-scale web-based platforms.
• Strong background in modern web stack (JavaScript, HTML, React, Vite) and backend integration with SQL Server.

Responsibilities

• Stand up and lead a second engineering practice, hiring and structuring the team.
• Own end-to-end delivery of the next-generation platform from architecture to production.
• Lead as a hands-on player-coach, contributing code and guiding the team.
