Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. seeks a Program Manager for Source to Pay AI Workflows to steer a multi-year AI-led transformation. You will own design and end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled workflows across procurement, AP, and governance with a matrixed team, partnering with IT, finance, and vendors.

Ideal candidates combine an AI-first mindset, deep S2P knowledge, and disciplined program management to drive change, risk management, and execution in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program, transformation, or procurement/finance operations delivery.
• Digital, automation, or AI/agentic transformation program experience.
• Strong knowledge of S2P / Procure-to-Pay processes and enabling tech.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with IT/data teams.
• Operate within formal governance: RAID logs, design decisions, change control, reporting.
• Familiarity with AI governance, model/data security, and SOX compliance.
• Experience coordinating third-party delivery partners and global teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future-state AI workflow strategy with vision and roadmap.
• Own end-to-end execution of AI workflows from requirements to production.
• Translate procurement and AP requirements into agent designs and rules.
• Lead delivery cadence: backlogs, sprints, governance, and milestones.
• Coordinate with GPSC IT, SMEs, Finance, and Deloitte to unblock work.
• Maintain RAID and design decisions; present options and recommendations.
• Manage cross-tower dependencies and resolve blockers across programs.
• Embed AI governance, security, and compliance into workflows.
• Drive adoption, change management, and operating-model changes.
