American Tower is seeking a Source-to-Pay Platform Specialist within the Supply Chain Management organization to optimize S2P capabilities, drive workflow automation, and AI-enabled functionality across procurement systems. You will work with procurement, finance, IT, and stakeholders to ensure data integrity, process alignment, and scalable adoption.

Responsibilities include administration, governance, and enhancement of S2P platforms, plus training users and monitoring adoption.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Information Systems, Business Administration, Operations, Finance, or related field.
Between 2–4 years of Source-to-Pay, procurement systems, procurement operations, and/or related business technology roles experience.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day administration, governance, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of Source-to-Pay platforms.
Maintain platform standards, including configuration documentation, data integrity, access controls, user permissions, release readiness, and audit support.
Configure and support workflows, approval rules, templates, integrations, master data, security roles, and related platform administration activities.
Partner with IT, vendors, procurement, sourcing, finance, business enablement, and stakeholders to resolve issues, manage enhancements, and support platform performance.
Support user adoption by developing enablement materials and training Power Users and frequent users.
