Job summary

Scale Army Careers seeks a Technical Solutions Analyst for a fully remote role serving U.S.-based clients. You will bridge business requirements with practical technical solutions, conducting discovery sessions, translating needs into actionable specifications, and guiding implementation across connected systems.

You will leverage AI tools to automate repetitive tasks, support CRM/ERP integrations, and collaborate with sales and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in business analysis, data analytics, SaaS implementation, solutions consulting, business systems, or a similar analytical and client-facing environment.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into actionable solutions is preferred.
• Exposure to CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems is preferred. Exposure to ERP or accounting platforms such as QuickBooks, NetSuite, or comparable systems is preferred. Experience using AI tools to improve workflows, automate tasks, or increase productivity is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet directly with clients to understand their business processes, technical needs, challenges, and desired outcomes.
• Translate client needs into clear requirements and practical solution recommendations.
• Support template-based implementation projects involving CRM, ERP, accounting, and other connected business systems.
• Coordinate with internal technical resources when projects require deeper technical expertise.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance implementations.
