Job summary

RealPage is seeking a Software Engineer II to contribute independently across the Insurance platform. You will design, implement, and own features using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server, guiding AI agents to deliver reliable code and tests.

You will review AI output for correctness and security, participate in code reviews, and help build robust test automation with Playwright or Selenium, integrated into CI/CD pipelines. This role emphasizes ownership and high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of professional software development experience.
• Hands-on with .NET, REST APIs, and SQL Server.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum teams and AI-assisted coding.
• Ability to design, implement, and review tests and automation.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain features using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
• Independently deliver user stories and bug fixes with AI agents.
• Direct AI coding agents to implement features and generate tests.
• Review AI-generated output for correctness, security, and performance.
• Participate in code reviews, including agent-assisted changes.
• Diagnose and resolve application and production issues.
• Contribute to unit and integration testing.
• Build and maintain test automation suites for API and frontend.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and monitor failures.
• Champion best practices in test design and reduce flaky tests.
