Job summary

MEDHOST is seeking a Software Architect to lead the architecture of MEDHOST's applications and products, setting direction and evaluating technologies. The role will coach teams and drive AI-driven development with AI coding agents and LLMs while maintaining architectural quality and human oversight.

The Architect partners with product management, operations, and development leads to plan, design, and deliver scalable systems.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering with strong technical depth.
• Significant hands-on Java experience and technical leadership.
• Experience applying AI-driven development methodologies to production software.
• Working knowledge of LLMs, AI tools, and cloud-based systems.

Responsibilities

• Set architectural vision and milestones for scalable Java/web apps.
• Lead AI-driven development adoption with AI-DLC and AI agents.
• Define standards for AI-generated code and design artifacts.
• Architect solutions integrating LLMs with security and privacy in mind.
• Evolve the existing architecture stack with enterprise collaboration.
• Review designs to ensure architectural integrity and quality.
