Job summary

Indeed Flex is hiring for an in-office role with the option to work from home on Thursdays. You will craft scroll-stopping, social-first content for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube, mixing video production, graphics, and motion assets to drive performance.

You’ll use AI-assisted production, test ideas quickly, and partner with Growth and Lifecycle to align creative with funnel needs while maintaining authenticity and quality.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality social and performance creative from concept to delivery—short-form video with simple motion graphics as needed.
• Use AI-assisted and synthetic creative to rapidly develop, produce, and test concepts, hooks, formats, and assets.
• Choose synthetic vs. real footage to maintain authenticity for worker stories and community content.
