Job summary

Baker Hughes seeks a Communications Advisor - Customer/Marketing Comm to reinvent the company's social media for industry influence and thought leadership. You will lead social strategy, scale employee advocacy, and embed social across business units, driving AI-enabled content workflows and executive visibility.

This role focuses on building an influence ecosystem, partnering with leadership, and delivering measurable business impact through reputation, demand creation, and strategic content

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social media, digital strategy, communications, brand or content leadership.
• Experience building enterprise-scale social media programs.
• Strong understanding of audience development and influence-building.
• Experience leading cross-functional transformation initiatives.
• Expertise in executive communications and thought leadership.
• Experience managing agencies, technology platforms and analytics programs.
• Demonstrated success driving innovation and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Develop and reinvent the social media strategy to build an influence ecosystem.
• Lead programs that elevate engineers, researchers and subject matter experts.
• Partner with leadership to integrate executive and technical content strategies.
• Embed social across the enterprise with governance, workflows and champions.
• Create world-class content systems and platform-native experiences.
• Own community and conversation with two-way engagement at scale.
• Deliver business intelligence and measurement beyond impressions and followers.
