Moody's Analytics is seeking a Communications Strategist to shape external, employee, and executive communications. You will craft clear narratives translating complex topics for diverse audiences and partner across product, marketing, and business teams to advance priorities.

The role emphasizes planning, messaging, media relations, and leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows while maintaining high editorial standards. Collaboration across US media and internal stakeholders is key.

Qualificações

• 1-4 years' experience in communications, public relations (ideally within an agency environment) and/or journalism; background in technology or financial services preferred
• Exceptional writing skills and a creative mindset, with the ability to translate complex, technical subject matter into clear, credible and compelling narratives for internal and external audiences
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute communications strategies that respond to immediate opportunities and support longer-term objectives
• Experience adapting communications for different audiences, channels and business needs
• Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to advise and influence business partners
• Detail-oriented and calm under pressure, with strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute communications initiatives that promote Moody's Analytics' products, thought leadership and business priorities to employees, the media and other key stakeholders
• Develop key messages, Q&As, employee communications, executive content and media materials, including spokesperson preparation
• Build relationships with journalists, proactively pitch relevant Moody's Analytics research, commentary and story ideas—particularly to US-based media—and respond effectively to media inquiries
• Monitor, analyze and report on resulting media coverage, using insights to inform future communications activity
• Partner with Moody's Analytics product, marketing, and business teams to identify communications opportunities and translate business priorities into compelling narratives
• Collaborate with internal, executive, and external communications colleagues to ensure Moody's Analytics messaging is coordinated, consistent, and aligned with Moody's broader voice and reputation
• Use Copilot and other AI tools to improve communications processes and support campaign planning, content development and delivery, applying appropriate review and responsible-use practices
