Job summary

Leland is seeking a Social Media Manager in Utah to transform our library of livestreams, webinars, and courses into native posts on LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X. You will build an AI-powered system to scale content creation and report to our Content & Creative Lead.

Ideal candidates understand current platform dynamics, deliver high-quality edits with CapCut, Premiere, or Descript, and manage a fast-paced content calendar while growing community engagement.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years running social for a brand, media company, or creator.
• Deep understanding of current platform trends and formats.
• Strong visual taste and ability to judge what works.
• Experience building AI-powered content workflows.
• Organized enough to manage a high-volume calendar.

Responsibilities

• Turn our library into content by clipping, captioning, and repackaging for each platform.
• Publish daily and grow reach, impressions, and followers.
• Engage in comments and DMs to build a real community.
• Design AI-powered workflows for clipping, editing, scheduling, and reporting.
• Track performance and share weekly results.
