Essor, a growth-focused consumer brands platform in the United States, seeks a Social Media Manager (US) to build an AI-powered creator and social engine for top brands.

You will own content creation across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, managing publishing and community interaction with AI-driven workflows.

Also responsible for creator sourcing, outreach, and scalable systems to activate partnerships and accelerate performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing social media for consumer brands.
• Experience developing creator partnerships or influencer programs.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, Reddit and YouTube ecosystems.
• Experience supporting UGC production for paid media is highly preferred.
• Based in the United States with familiarity of US creator culture.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using AI-assisted workflows.
• Manage publishing cadence and test content variations to improve performance.
• Monitor and engage with communities through comments, DMs, and creator interaction.
• Identify emerging platform trends and translate them into testable content formats.
• Design and operate scalable systems for creator sourcing, outreach, and activation.
• Build automated pipelines for sourcing, evaluating, and prioritizing creators.
• Develop a scalable UGC pipeline to support paid media channels.
• Track engagement, reach, and conversion impact; optimize workflows for speed.
