Job summary

Paradox is building the Operating System for Greatness and seeks a hands-on content builder to own our social presence across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll cut, caption, and post content yourself, using AI to multiply output and maintain rapid, authentic posting.

You will shape hooks, captions, and formats, measure performance, and iterate with Growth to drive followers and engagement through data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in social media management or creator context with a portfolio.
• Demonstrated ability to ship reels/shorts, hooks, captions, and posts.
• Proficient with Claude or similar AI tools for editing and repurposing.
• Comfortable on camera or directing talent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build & ship content daily across Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube Shorts.
• Own the channels end to end: calendar, posting, replies, and analytics.
• Test hooks, formats, and posting times; kill underperformers quickly.
• Leverage AI to automate repurposing and variation generation.
• Read platform data and GA4 to optimize growth loops.
